Painting in oils has been one of my favourite pastimes for most of my life. Now that I have retired, I've been using some of my time to build this virtual gallery to exhibit my pictures.

Remove the beard and most of the hair, then add

wrinkles for an updated version!

(I am not a portrait painter- Other than a few pencil

drawings, this has been my only attempt at portrait

painting.)

 

 

This is me more recently, flying my paraglider near Byron Bay.

 I started paragliding in Jan. 2006 and I'm loving it! Since then I have also started including paragliders in some of my landscapes.These can be found in my  Paragliding Gallery.  I had a serious crash in September 2011, so I'll be spending more time painting and won't be flying for at least 6 months while I mend.
